Showroom

The showroom is an integral aspect of our business. Although many of our customers buy by telephone or over the internet, our showroom offers our customer the opportunity to visit our facility.

They can look, touch and feel the garments and compare with similar styles. It is also useful for the sales staff here to be able to go into the showroom and check the specification of a garment and then report back to the customer.

Embroidery

Embroidery is our most popular form of decorating a garment.

Our embroidery machines are all modern, computer controlled, multi-head, multi-thread industrial machines, operated by a team of experienced and skilled embroiderers.

Re-labelling

This service is popular with the promotions, events and retailers.

It enables our customers to purchase off-the-shelf garments, have us embroider or screen print them and then remove the manufacturers label and replace it with their own/clients brand label. Thus creating a bespoke garment at a fraction of the time it would take to design and manufacture a custom-made garment.

Screen Printing

We have invested in equipment to provide the complete service in-house. We start with printing your design onto film, shooting the film onto the screen and then screen printing onto your chosen garment.

We can mix the screen printing inks to any Pantone reference or colour match to your artwork.

Transfer Printing

This technology is the third method of garment decorating. Ideal for short runs, multi-colour designs and individual names (monogramming).

Transfer technology has come a long way from the old days of cracking and peeling designs on cheap t-shirts. The fabrics we now use are extremely durable and will enhance the garments you choose.
